Anglesey Abbey is a Jacobean-style house with gardens and a working watermill in Cambridge. It's filled with rich history, wildlife hubs and traditional machinery to explore.

The house itself is full of history from monastic priory to a 20th century home. The garden has beautiful colours that changed with the seasons and it's a great chance to go for a stroll and take in the sights and smells and relax!

For kids, there's endless opportunities to have an adventure! From playing in the woodland play area, building dens, climbing trees and taking part in some family-friendly events, there's lots to do! 

The woodland play area is nestled away at the end of the woodland path and you'll find a treehouse, swings, birdwatching hides and den building area. It's a great chance for imaginations to go wild and get outside and explore nature. 

Inside the house itself you'll see fine furnishings, books, painting, rare clocks to give you a glimpse into the past, but if you don't want to explore inside, there's 114 acres of parklands to enjoy too!
