Yorkshire Lavender is a lavender farm with lots of space for the kids to run around. It's a must-see visitor attraction, with beautiful colours and smells to delight all ages.
The gardens have been designed to give visitors an immerseive experience, and the focus is lavender! They do also grow a range of other herbs and plants too. There is a diagonal and spiral garden of lavender, a purple patch which is filled with colourful blooms, and a sensory garden for visitors to engage in all the senses.
You'll find a mediterranean garden at the top of the hill and even a maze! Try and find your way to the centre and avoid the dead ends and twists and turns, it's designed to challenge all ages.
There is a wibbly wobbly way where you can run up and down and a wildflower meadow that makes the perfect photo opportunity.
Take a peek inside the bug hotel and loggery and see what you can find in the hidden spaces. It has a range of invertebrates that take shelter here.
There's also a pond, home to a variety of wildlife and lots of sculptures too! It's a great day out for you to wander around and take in the sights.
