Nunnington Hall is a picture perfect manor house in North Yorkshire with lots of exicting exhibitions all year round. It's nestled in the quiet banks of the River Rye with lots to explore. 

There's plenty to do with the whole family on your visit. There is a lions den play area where the little ones can climb and navigate the obstacle courses. There's also tree stymp steps to jump acros, rope bridges and wooden climbing frames. For the parents, sit down and relax on the picnic benches! 

There's also a bird watching and observation area with compost beds and a path that leads directly to the bird watching area. See if you can spot the birds and use the chalk board to write down what you see. 

The house hosts a programme of changing exhibitions throughout the year, so make sure to check out the website to see what's happening. Explore the period rooms of the house and discover one of the world's finest collections of miniature rooms in the attic. 

The organic walled garden is filmed with delights throughout the year, with hidden spots, colourful peacocks and more. There's always something new to see! Make a day of it and refuel in the tea-room, located within the historic house with views across the garden
