Get ready for a beautiful, historic and nature filled family day out in the English Heritage destination of Wrest Park!

Here, the whole family can enjoy sweeping countryside views and take idyllic woodland walks, making it a real treat for all sense!

Kids can trace the evolotion of the iconic English garden as they stoll through 300 years of landscape design (pretty cool, huh!?), and even wander along the Long Water and spot those hidden garden buildings as they explore!

Wrest Park is where you can spot an ornate marble fountain, or check out the 18th century Bowling Green House! There's a beautiful baroque Archer Pavilion with incredible wall paintings, and unusual garden features such as the Chinese Bridge and rustic bath house!

Kids, don't miss the pet cemetery deep in the woods either, or enjoying some play time in the kids play area!

What's also great about Wrest Park, is that you can also experience at Grade I listed mansion in a setting that is enjoyable throughout all seasons!

Male and female toilets, including baby changing facilities, are located at the visitor centre. There is also a bottle warming service, and children's audio tour! There are 4 highchairs available in the café.

There is a cafe located in the walled garden offering delicious hot and cold meals and snacks, including a homemade soup of the day and freshly made sandwiches! It's worth noting the cafe closes 30 minutes before the park does

Check out membership as this gives you unlimited access to castles and gardens, historic houses and abbeys, and up to 6 kids go free!

Stop by the gift shop where you can find exciting gift ranges, including homeware, fashion accessories, jewellery, cuddly toys, garden items, books and more!

Wrest Park is a great place for kids to learn, with their beautiful grounds, formal gardens and rooms within the Georgian mansion to explore! There is also a dedicated education room and outdoor space.

Wrest Park's magnificent surrounding and rich history provides a great day out for schools, covering multiple topics and curriculum links.

You can also enjoy self-led visits too!

Toilets in the grounds are not accessible to wheelchair users, but there is a disabled toilet in the mansion. Assistance dogs welcome. Disabled visitors may park in the disabled parking bays within the walled garden close to the visitor centre.
