About this activity
Standalone Farm is a small working farm set in 125 acres of farmland on the outskirts of Letchworth. Explore the animals and enjoy a great day out as you learn all about this working farm!
Say hello to your favourite farmyard animals and take part in the daily animal activities. From pigs to goats, alpacas and shire horses there's lots of animals to feed and handle. Just remember to wash your hands before and after!
As well as the animals there is a new adventure playground to explore. The play area has been designed to cater for a mixed range of ages and abilities and features rope bridges, tunnels and slides and more!
Take a walk through the adventure trail which will test your agility, swing and jumping across the obstacle course. Little ones can play in the sandpit and look at the model railway as you watch the trains whizz around the tracks.
There's also electric cars and an indoor play barn with a life-sized tractor which you can sit on and have a photo!

Once you’ve met the animals and explored the farm don’t forget to pop into the little gift shop.
Step free access to the main building, gift shop, Greenway Café and courtyard. There are disabled toilets onsite, located just outside the shop as you enter.
