Ryze Edinburgh is an indoor trampoline park with lots of activities for all ages! Jump to your heart is content and tackle the obstacles, you'll burn lots of energy at Ryze! 

Where you're 2 or 102, there's lots of fun for all ages! You can jump through the sea of oversized trampolines, tackle the ninja obstacle course or dive into the stutman airbag. Or why not sit back and relax in the cafe? There's something for everyone! 

Extreme air sports are a great way to boost your fitness and strengthen your muscles, and will imrpove your balance and coordination. It's a great space to meet up with friends and family and make new friends whilst you're there! Got a special birthday? Why not have your party here where you'll have exclusive use of a party room with refreshments. 

Make sure to arrive at least thirty minutes before your schedules bounce time. This will allow you to have time to listen to the safety briefing before enterting the arena. 

Anyone over the age of two can bounce, and there's exclusive sessions called KidJump too for little bouncers to use the main, non-height restricted equipment. 

You don’t have to take part if you don’t want to. If you just want to watch your family/friends, then you can relax in the on-site café upstairs and lounge with a cup of coffee!
