About this activity

Chocolatarium Edinburgh is a great day out for all chocolate fanatics! Experience a behind the scenes tour of a chocolate factory in the heart of Edinburgh!

There are lots of tours and experiences to choose from, but the main tour of chocolate is one not to miss. With friendly guides and lots of delicious chocolate, the tour is enjoyed by all ages. The tour lasts for around 90 minutes and you'll discover where chocolate is made, where it comes from and even create your very own dream chocolate bar! Choose from over 40 flavours in the tasting room too.

Learn all about the cacao farmers and how they grow and taste the smooth and creamy warm chocolate. Discover the difference between dark, milk and white chocolate with quirky machines and get creative with unique flavour combinations to create your own bar.

There is also a truffle making experience too! Learn a variety of truffle making techniques, get messy making your truffles and of course taste lots along the way. Let the expert chocolate Guides take you through a flavour taste experience with a selection of delicious truffles made at The Chocolatarium.

Finish your visit with a trip to the gift shop which is open after each tour. Tours run throughout the day and start at 10am until 5pm.
