Kelvedon Hatch Nuclear Bunker is the biggest and deepest cold war bunker open for visitors in the southeast of England! Witness the three lives of the bunker and explore the biggest high ropes course in Essex on the nuclear high ropes!

You'll be able to tour the bunker on your own and will receive a personal handset. There are lots of films to watch as you make your way around and a dressing up area where you can try on authentic military uniforms and gas masks.

The tour takes around about an hour, but remember to take some time to stop at various points and watch the films. 

You'll witness the bunker as an RAF Rotor Station, then a government HQ which was designed for up to 600 military and civilian personnel and even the Prime Minister! 

As well as the bunker, there is a 20 acres woodland obstacle experience and activity centre just next door! There are lots of obstacles to avigate and activities to get involved in which provides hours of fun. 

There's also a high ropes course and archery too plus lots more if you fancied getting involved in something active!
