At the Thames Chase Visitor Centre families can have fun and take art in lots of activities! Explore the natural trails weaving through woodlands and meadows and look out for wildlife along the way!
The visitor centre makes an excellent starting point for you to explore the local area. There are lots of paths and trails for you to explore on foot or by bike. Theres a dipping platform too where you take a walk out to the middle of a pond and look into the depths to see tadpoles and maybe some newts too!
There are also giant stepping stones in the shape of a giant snake and secret trails that lead you deep into the woods! You'll find a throne too which makes a perfect picture opportunity!
Around the woods there are lots of bird boxes and if you're quiet enough you may catch a glipse of some too. There are small reptiles that hide and make dens amongst the logs too.
You'll also find a discovery den where you can play hide and seek and track the animal shapes decorating the wood walls. There's a play house and benches o you can relax whilst the little ones run around!
