Brook End Gardens is a simple park but ideal for spending the summer days with the kids! Grab a picnic, take a frisbee or ball and have some fun outdoors and burn off some energy!
The park is relatively new and it is nestled in beautiful landscaped surroundings that can be enjoyed by friends and family! There is a well-equipped play area with plenty of obstacles to navigate. From swings to slides and frames, run, jump and climb your way through.
There's lots of space for picnics too!
The park has several garden rooms to explore, along with plenty of unusual trees to identify which gives the park the appearance of an arboretum, as the tree matures over time.
At the centre of the park is a huge metal sculpture which was made with copies of ancient treasure from the time of Celtic King Cunobelin! It's a great place to stop for some facts!
There's also a family trail which contains a series of obstacles that you can navigate across too!
Located down Chelmer Village Way - there's no parking but plenty of pedestrian access.
