Brookside Miniature Railway is an established miniature railway situated in Brookside Garden Centre in Poynton and is a great day out for the whole family, especially if you have a train enthusiast with you!

The ride is just over half a mile long around the garden centre and you'll get to see many scenic attractions along the way. The train fare is just £2.50 for everyone and you simply turn up and a buy a ticket from the station shop!

The railway is open from 10:30am - 4pm Thursdays to Sundays during June to August and is a great thing to do on a sunny afternoon!

As well as the miniature railway itself, there is a fairy wood with lots of woodland walks, loco and carriage sheds and a vintage funfair on selected dates!

If you wanted to pick something up to remember your visit by, head to the station shop which sells lots of toys, games, books and more for you to purchase.

Onsite you'l also find an aquatic shop with plenty of fish to look at, the garden centre, resturant and much more!
