If you want to explore those amazing creatures underneath the ocean, but don't want to get wet, then why not head on over to New Jersey's Adventure Aquarium, where all the creatures of the ocean, come to you!
Adventure Aquarium is filled with the weird and wonderful creatures that make the oceans unique. They have interactive exhibits, as well as animal encounters that the kids won't be forgetting in a long time!
If you love penguins, then Little Blue Beach is where you want to head! You can get up close and personal with these cutest little creatures, and watch them dart and waddle the day away!
Those younger kids will love KidZone, their own dedicated space where those curious minds under 6 years can connect with nature with hands-on experiences. They can see vibrant and colorful species in a colorful and bright exhibit space, as well as take part in interactive games, and activities, and even touch experiences!
Fancy stepping under 550,000 gallons of water filled with sharks? Shark Realm offers incredible views of Adventure Aquarium's immense collection of sharks. It's a great place to kids to learn why sharks are so mis-understood, and how important they are to our planet!
In the Touch a Shark exhibit - kids can actually touch and feel some of the most exotic sharks in the world!
There are hippos making their way through their version of the African River, and areas where you can be transported into a Caribbean oasis.
The ocean is waiting at Adventure Aquarium, and there is certainly an incredible amount to explore! Let's go!

They have programs by grade level, and have field trip packages for you. It's a great way for kids to learn! They also offer overnight visits, home school programs and sea camp!.
If those tummies are rumbling head on over to the Feeding Frenzy Cafe! There are tasty meals from hot dogs, sandwiches, to burgers and pizza..
They have healthy options at the Feeding Frenzy Cafe too - from soups, vegetarian options and salads. .

They work with Fins for the Future conservation to help protect the oceans creatures. You can help them out by adopting an animal!.
Need a little extra help?
The aquarium is wheelchair accessible, and there are manual wheelchairs available for rent with a fully refundable deposit of $10.
Can I get one of those?
Bring that pocket money, because there is a gift shop! There are cute and cuddly toys, to merchandise, collectibles and apparel too!.
Allow around 3 hours for a self-guided tour, but it's good to really enjoy everything!.

Loved my visit here! It is not a huge place but they make use of all the space and the fact that there is an area for you to touch and feed some of the animals was exciting. The best part of the trip for me was the shark tank. After years of the aquarium in brooklyn, ny this one blew my mind.

Love this place! Unless you are planning on visiting often, do not purchase the Pass. Just pay when you go and you will actually save some money on your trips. The facility is AMAZING. You will have an unforgettable experience no matter the season. Bring your children along. They will have a blast!
