Sacrewell Farm and Country Centre offers all day family fun whatever the weather! they have lots fun seasonal activities for all year round fun, whether you want to hop onto the tractor ride or feed some of the friendly animals.
They have a variety of animals at the farm, from traditional farm stock such as pigs and sheeps and more unusual types like alpacas!
The paddocks show their rare breeding programme which has rare sheep and horses and there's also some rare pigs too! During the Spring, you can see the lambs and some are born at the farm too! The small animal barn has rabbits, guinea pigs and more.
There is also a brand-new sensory garden located next to the blacksmith. It's a great place to sit and relax and it's also where you pick up the tractor ride around the farm.
Explore the wnidmill too, with four floors to see!
Discover the moving machinery that turns the wheat grain into flour and learn about what life was like for the Victorian miller and his apprentice. It tells the story of the Land Army girls who worked at the farm during the Second World War.
You'll also find pleny of old farming equipment too and you can watch the resident woodcarver work his magic!
There's of course lots of of wildlife, from rabbits to foxes and badgers too.
Sacrewell is situated off the A47 Peterborough to Leicester road, near where the A47 crosses the A1 at Wansford. It is well signposted on each road.

The Sacrewell Education Team are thrilled to be able to offer a wide range of educational workshops for your pupils to participate in this academic year.
There are wide paths around the majority of the farm site, though there is varied terrain and some areas may be too muddy for wheelchairs, particularly in winter months.
