Regional Fitness Swimming Centre is located in the heart of Peterborough city centre and there's everything you need for a splashing time! There are two pools, diviing facilities and lesson opportunities if you needed some extra help with learning to swim. 

For juniors, the centre gives children the opportunity to learn to swim with confidence! There are ten stages of progression that are taught by the expert instructors and in a safe environments. Stage one to seven are where you'll learn fundamental skills, from safety to stroke techniques and confidence too! 

There is also a baby and pre-school option too, where little ones who are new to swimming can learn. They're great for development and it's a great chance to bond with your baby. The lessons focuse on your child being happy ans safe with the support from the parents. 

They also run open sensory swim sessions for anyone who wants to swim in a tranquil environment with mood lighting. You can even bring your own floats to these sessions. 

They're designed for people to increase physical activity in a relaxing and strain free way.
