Carrington Riding Centre is a riding school that provides lessons for all ages and abilities, based in the south west of Manchester. They have 450 acres of open countryside and it's easy accessible by the nearest road networks. 

Have you ever wanted to learn how to horse ride? Now you can! The centre has one indoor school and four, all weather, rubber sufaced areas with comfortable viewing facilities if parents wanted to come and watch!

They're the only riding school in the area to have their own Racewood Dressage simulator, which is the most advanced of its type in the world too. The simulator helps all ages to improve riding or if you're nervous. It is a life sized horse which takes every different type of sadle and six paces too! It's sensitive to leg, hand and seat pressure and is capable of replicating complicated dressage movements too. It's 100% safe and is called Othello! You'll learn in a more balanced way and is an invaluable part of their teaching. 

The exprience and friendly staff can offer lessons from ages 2 years and all abilities. They're incredibly family friendly and provide lots of activities for the whole family to get involved in. 

There are over 45 horses and ponies, and each one is chosen for their temperaments and full trained to ensure both safety and enjoyment to all riders! As well as lessons, they have lots of courses in both riding and care too. 

During the school holidays, they offer lots of activities for bpth children and adults, including heir pony parties! As you can imagine, they get pretty booked up, so make sure you book early and check out the website to see when the next one is.
