Bosworth Battlefield is a unique day out for the whole family. You'll relive a famous turning point in British history, the death of a King and the birth of the powerful Tudor dynasty.
Journey through medieval England discover the horrors of warfare and how the Battle of Bosworth unfolded. Follow the fortunes of the characters and hear the stories. Try on some armour, see objects used in commemorations and see some real artefacts from the battle itself. Cast your vote with a token for the King you believe achieved the most during their reigns too!
Guided walks take place around the year and you'll be taken on an informative and fun 2km guided walk along the footpaths, exploring the battle and the death of the King. It's a great way to learn about the battle too and get outside!
On your visit you can also enjoy the rural country path with lots of trails and panoramic views across the countryside, with lots of audio and visual information about the battle and surrounding area.

Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre and Country Park is in the heart of England and is easily accessible by road with rail and air links locally.
Surrounded by a network of motorways, the M1, M6, M42 and 9.5km from junction 1 on the M69. Located close to the market town of Market Bosworth, 5.5km north from Hinckley and only 19km from Leicester.

The Tithe Barn Restaurant located at Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre overlooks the beautiful country park where the famous Battle of 1485 took place.
There is a fantastic range of unique items and something for everyone, from toys to jewellery, books to tapestries.
Disabled toilets.
There is ground floor access around the exterior of the Heritage Centre. The majority of the Exhibition Gallery has ground floor access. The exception is at the end of the main gallery where a platform lift is available and exits through the shop and down a low gradient ramp. Access around the Battlefield Trail and the Country Park may be difficult for some people.
