Swadlincote Snowsports Centre

Swadlincote Snowsports Centre is situated in the heart of The National Forest and is great for anyone looking for recreational skiing throughout the year, or if you want to take some lessons and advance on your skills. 

As well as skiing, there's lots of fun activities too. Have a ride on the toboggan where you'll be in control throughout the 500 metre fun course, with lots of twists and turns along the way. There's also a 70 metre drop slide too, where you can tube down the twists before landing at the bottom. And of course, they have the classic snow tubes! You'll sit in a large inflatable rings where you can slide down and try to race each other. 

For the little ones, they have tot skiing lessons, where children can progress through the skill level system with other children of the same ability. There's also family private lessons if you wanted to learn the art of skiing or snowboarding together on your trip out. 

If you are more experience, there is the open practice sessions. It's available to book for 1.5 hours and you must meet their minimum skill level. 

Don't forget to check out the apline bar and kitchen, packed with delicious drinks and food to enjoy whilst you have a day out on the slopes!
