Acorn Farm is an award-winning attraction in Kirkby, Merseyside and they're open seven days a week! No matter the weather, there's something for everyone and it offers great value day out for the whole family. 

You'll find a wide range of animals at the farm, many of which you can feed and stroke! From sheep, cows, goats, pigs, horses and more there's lots to see. They are a working farm, so they often have baby animals such as lambs, piglets and chicks to see. 

They run small animal petting sessions and horse rides during the weekends and school holidays and there's lots of special events too, so make sure to check out the website before you visit so you know what's happening. 

You'll also find two outdoor play areas, woodland walks, farm shops and a gift shop where you can buy a souvenir to remember your visit. 

They also offer an extensive education programme for schools and community groups and run a Day Service for people with learning disabilities.Acorn Farm is a mostly outdoor attraction, so  check the weather forecast before setting off for the day and dress appropriately!
