Where are we going today?

The award winning Tumbles Playhouse is the best equipped play centre for toddlers and primary school age children in the western suburbs. Their wonderful equipment will keep your children entertained for hours and they have a terrific attitude to the job: staff are trained to be consistently friendly and helpful and the centre is apparently reputed as the cleanest in the western suburbs.

They have lots of equipment to entertain and exhaust, including the Giant inflatable Air slide
Ball area and Jumping castle. But the main fare is the colourful 3 storey play maze climbing structure including flying fox, spiral slides, Burmese bridge and many other fun areas for healthy interactive exercise.

Plus for the younger guests a huge Toddler area with toddler jumping castle and ball pit, apparently widely quoted as “the best toddler area ever”.

I took my two children in to Tumbles last week and found the owner very rude - it seemed obvious that she is only interested in making money and couldn't care less about whether my kids had a good time. The facilities are clean which was good, the food is disgusting for example - cheap quality white bread toasties, hot chips and hot dogs - and terrible coffee!! I have not tasted worse coffee. The kids food choices on offer are mostly junk foods.

I wanted to let everyone know how much we enjoyed our recent twins party at Tumbles... The centre is particularly clean, the staff were ever so helpful and all of the children had an absolute ball.. We are regular patrons to the centre and continue to visit Tumbles as it surpasses the other centres in the area.. I love the yummy focaccias and love the variety of food for them... Thank you Tumbles!!

We attended as group of mothers celebrating a birthday. The facility was average, however I was approached by a staff member and told to stop feeding my 1 year old because they sold sandwiches in their cafe. If I wanted to feed my child I had to buy it from their cafe. The staff member was very rude about it and given the attitude, I would only assume it was the owner. Needless to say that I have lodged a complaint with Department of Consumer Affairs, as this is a clear violation of the trade practices act.

The woman at the next table was feeding her baby rice crackers and was told to put them away and to buy them from the centre - ridiculous as they are overpriced and an entrance fee is charged.
No wonder people bring their own food in, the food is shocking!
the place is cultureless and sorry to sound rude - run by bogans.
WILL NEVER RETURN.

For an establishment focused on services for children, they seemed to have miss the mark.

Never to return.

Nice facility however the staff was really rude. My daughter had a fun time. However one of their toy vending machines wasnt working so after we put in $1 coin, the toy wasnt coming out. After notifying the staff, they attempted to fix the machine however they couldn't and they refused to apologize or reimburse us saying its not their machine so not their problem! I didnt act any further as I did not want to make a fuss over just $1 but the staff should be responsible for the facilities that they have even though its other company's vending machine.
