W5 is the perfect place for a family day out! It has a staggering array of interactive exhibits (a really full day's worth) and the kids will be pulling you along the whole way through this compelling experience!
Get elevated on the pulley chairs, explore space, make magnets move, or build and race your own K’nex car! As well as this, their new energise zone challenges you to bring your own physical power to bring their energy-themed interactive exhibits to life! 

As well as this, W5’s Marvellous Machine brings learning to life with hands-on exhibits powered by clever cogs, amazing airways, super springs and everything in between!
Design and build structures, bring robots to life, make patterns and play virtual sports. Be a weatherman!
Or, become a car mechanic and customise a real Mini in the W5 Garage! Or pop into the music studio and make some noise with the sound exhibits, and plot a course with the life-size dinghy!

They also have an area with exhibits particularly suited for 5s and under. Design a butterfly or flower and explore your senses with the sounds and feel of nature in the woodland area, become an interior designer and decorate your little house just how you want it. Then create your own roads, villages, railways and take a journey round their model landscape.
