South Oxford Adventure Playground

About this activity

South Oxford Adventure Playground is a supervised playground for children and is a local charity run by volunteers! They over free and inclusive outdoor play and activities and no booking is needed! 

They welcome children of all ages and accommodate and support all children with varying needs. It's a great place where children can play freely, meet new friends and have fun in a stimulating environment. 

They offer indoor and outdoor play spaces and there's no screens! The outdoor space is complete with a wooden fort, tower, zip wires, football pitch, bridges, tyres, swings, slides and a den making area too! There's also plenty of trees to climb! 

The play is for children ages seven and over, and those under seven must bring an adult with them. The playworks are onsite after school and through the holidays to encourage children to play. 

During the school holidays, they also run holiday play scehemes too, you'll just need to register before hand! It's a great space for children to unleash their creativity, make new friends and get active outside and inside.
