Oxford Spy Mission Treasure Trail aims at getting everyone out and about exploring. All you need to do is purchase the trail booklet from the website and egin your discover!

Follow the directions, hunt for clues, find hidden treasures, learn facts and enjoy the sights as you work together to find the solution. It's a great chance to explore the area in which you live, or if you're just passing through!

The answers to the clues are located on existing monuments, buildings and structures, some are easy to find, some are a little trickier! Children will love solving the clues and a chance to get outside and learn!

After completing the Trail, you can enter your answer online to be in with a chance of winning a cash prize.

On your trail you'll experience the ancient heart of Oxford and even climb the 99 steps to the top of the Carfax tower, it's worth it for the views and you'll see where JRR Tolkein used to live and hear some amazing stories along the way.

Directions

The Oxford City and Meadow Spy Mission Treasure Trail starts in the city centre, at the corner of Queen and Cornmarket Streets. There is a Pay and Display car two minutes away in the Westgate Shopping Centre, or you may choose to park in one of several Park and Ride facilities around perimeter of Oxford. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the start of the Trail.
