Sherwood Riding School

Sherwood Riding School offer something for everyone, from tiny tots, to riders on their own horses, or one of their happy trained horses! They teach flatwork, dressage, groundwork, and jumping, so head on down to learn something new and have some fun. You can choose whether you want a lesson  given in small groups or privately so let them know your request.

New for 2023, their elite schoolmasters have hung up their competition boots, and will be available for coaching riders. These sessions are ideal to get a feel of flying changes, pirouettes, etc. These sessions are available for riders maximum 11 stone, already riding at elementary/medium or above, and its £65 for 45 mins session with Sam Gorman Dressage BHSI UKcc3 approved coach.

As if their lessons weren't special enough, in the school holidays, you can spend a morning pampering a pony or 'owning a horse'. They also offer fantastic birthday parties for children. No riding experience is necessary; everyone gets to ride and win fun prizes!
