The NAAFI (once used by soldiers!) sells hot and cold drinks, snacks, sandwiches and a range of hot meals that change with the seasons. They also have a children's menu available

There's also a secret wartime tunnels tea room for hot snacks, sandwiches, cakes and ice cream, and The Keep, which is a family-friendly café tucked in the walls of the medieval castle, making it the perfect stop off for a hot or cold drink, light lunch, slice of cake or delicious cream team.

There are two shops, so take that pocket money! The Great Tower shop is where you can pick up military souvenirs, then the Secret Wartime Tunnel shop has a WWII theme! Both shops also offer a wide range of other heritage inspired gifts.

Kids can learn 2000 years of history during their field trip to Dover Castle! It's an amazing place to learn. They offer group discounts, coach parking and guided tours!

You are also very welcome to bring a picnic to eat in the grounds with their spectacular views from the top of the 'White Cliffs' over the English Channel.

There are disabled toilets in 5 locations. Assistance dogs are welcome across the site. They also offer wheelchair loan. Wheelchair access is available within the grounds, with the Great Tower access to ground floor only.
