Blacon Adventure Playground

Blacon Adventure Playground is a fully staffed open access play facility, and is a well-loved free playground and city farm for the kids. It's been operating for over 40 years and is great for all ages! 

There are a range of farmyard animals, exciting play structures and wild wooodland - so there's plenty to dor for all the kids. You'll find zip lines, slides and a small animal handling area so you can get up close to some cuddly creatures! 

Children under eight are welcome to join the fun, as long as they bring an adult with them! There's a robus form and platforms, climbing structures and an 8ft metal slide and a wobbly bridge! 

The farm has a changing livestock and houses animals such as donkeys, sheep, goats, pigs and more! You can get involved with the every day care and welfare too. The woodland area has a range of wildlife and provides an area for children to build dens and create their own trails. 

They often have regular events too, so make sure to check the website before you visit so you know what's happening!
