I'm glad we got a discount with our Go Card for this place because otherwise it was not worth it. Half of the rides were not running. Many of the video game machines were broken. The mini golf course is doable but is pretty shabby. I did give it two stars because the staff were all very nice and safety conscious. Otherwise this is overpriced for what it is.

We just had a birthday party on July 6th 2014 for 7 year old girl with 18 kids and 15 plus adults. It is the worst birthday party they ever had as the kids said. We reserved the table between 2:00 to 3:00PM, but when we arrived at 1:45 PM, nothing was ready. Then we were told that the party room was reserved for a previous party, and we have to use the outside tables. But when we made the reservation on line, there was no option for inside or outside tables on the website. It was a really hot day, and the kids did not want to have a party...Read More

I took a pair of passes for free mini-golf or go cart rides that were given to my kids for having perfect attendance at school this last June 2014. It is now July 2014 and they refused to honor them because they were "expired". My kids were bummed because they were excited to redeem something they earned. I asked to talk to a manager and the girl refused and said they would not honor them. I purchased the mini-golf anyway just so my kids wouldn't feel bad. I usually spend around $100 when I bring my kids here, but by refusing the vouchers I...Read More

The first time I came to this Boomers was nine years ago. Since then, the prices have increased, but I don't feel like the quality of the place has. The arcade selection is below average, the bumper cars feel like they are refurbished, and the mini golf supplies need to be bought new. I want to come back here, but unless I find a Groupon, I don't think I will be visiting again.

We used to go there all the time and we loved everything about it! The go karts, bumper boats, mini golfing, and arcade, are awesome!

But when we made the reservation on line, there was no option for inside or outside tables on the website. It was a really hot day, and the kids did not want to have a party outside. The host had to clean up the birthday party room and prepared the food, and it was almost 2:40PM when the table was really ready. We purchased the ultimate package, there are 5 to 6 rides total for 7 years old kids, but 3 of them are not open at that day. All rides look old and not safe. When my kids took ride at the Ferris wheel, the wheel stops working for 5 minutes due to over loaded. They had to use four mens’ power to manually rotate the wheel to get the people down. I called Boomers on July 7th and talked with Kalvin about my experience. He told me that he would talk to manager and call me back to see what kind of compensation he can offer to me. Unfortunately, nobody from Boomers calls me. By the way, we only had one host, most time we need to do the cleaning ; And the host did not have any interactive activities with kid except setting up the table and bringing up the food. It is a really bad experience, and I really do not recommend having a birthday party at Boomers at all.

If I ran my business the way this person handled this situation I'd be out of business. Bad call Boomers.
