If you are looking to extend your family day out in the Mission Bay area, then Campland might just be for you!

Campland is located right on the shores of Mission Bay, and they are right near some of the area's most popular attractions such as San Diego Zoo, Legoland, and Seaworld (You can even watch the fireworks at night from the campground)

Campland has a range of campsites, from primitive to full hook up, so whatever type of holiday you want, they can accommodate!

As a campground, they have everything you would need to have a comfortable stay. From bathrooms and showers, laundry facilities, wifi and restaurant, they really are a family friendly campground.

Then of course, there are the activities! There are a host of things to do with the family during your stay. Those active kids will love the sports like volleyball and basketball - there is even a skatepark! Then there are those other fun activities like scavenger hunts, sand castle building contests, campfire sing-a-longs, arts and crafts, ping pong....parents you will wonder where the kids have been for so long when they disappear into the sea of fun!

Being so close to the bay, that also means a host of water sports, including sailing, jet skiing, aqua-cycles, peddle boats and water skiing!

TOO much fun to be had at this San Diego campground!

There is SO much to do! Sports, water activities, games, scavenger hunts, swimming pool....plus you are close to San Diego attractions like Legoland and Sea World!

I’m Hungry! Can I get food at Campland?

Campland’s Hungry Wolf BBQ and Ice Cream Parlor is a must for lovers of real barbecue foods. They also have a wide and delicious variety of Dreyer’s Ice Cream!

Any top tips when visiting?

There are minimum night stays across summer.

How are the facilities at the attraction?

One site there are clean bathrooms and showers, as well as a marina with 124 slips. There are bike rentals, wifi, laundry, as well as jacuzzi, hot tubs and swimming pool! There is also a grill for cooking.
