I gave 1 star, here is my take. The location and the RV park itself are nice. Clean, beautiful, convenient, a lot of amenities. One issue, is that when you hook up your sewer connection at your site, it is up hill. How do you dump uphill? With that, it is due to an experience I had they forced me to give 1 star versus 5.

When we went to check in and pay, they were charging $5 more a day that quoted. Most places I go to try this from time to time, but when I requested them to give the quoted price, they said no. Not only no, but the error...Read More

When I made our reservation I asked for a 50 amp pull thru site and was told all that was available was 30 amp. No problem. The upper part looks really nice, but we got stuck in the bottom, no sewer and no pull thru. Site was dusty and full of stickers. There were several sites in the upper section that were not used all weekend. When we left I had to use 4 wheel drive to get our 5th wheel up their dusty rutted gravel road. Will never recommend or stay there again. They want you to purchase the upper sites - beware.

I had a very disappointing experience at this RV park. The check-in process took nearly an hour. One of the receptionists was speaking to someone on the phone and did not even acknowledge me, while the other receptionist appeared to be busy petting her dog, saying that the other person would help me when she was finished with her phone call. After the exceptionally long wait at the counter, I was informed that one of the tent sites I had reserved for my family reunion was still occupied by other guests, despite the fact that I had called a few...Read More

One of the Nicest RV Parks ive ever stayed at! Super clean easy access sights. Lots of fun things to do. Nice pool with workout room next to it..Even got a climbing wall! Great for tent campers as well lots of grass for putting your tent up right next to creek which by the way is full of trout. Dogs love it and have their own dog run which was just redone with lights for day or night. I guess I could say I couldn't be happier with this place. Management seems to be on top this place all the time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking...Read More

Not only no, but the error was on their side as "we have a new girl and she is Latino, and she is not getting it..." The girl behind the counter informed me that it was not their fault that it was misquoted and there was nothing they would do. I never understood the change in price nor did I understand why it could not be the new girl, why was it the new Latino girl?

With that, I called before we left to try to find a manager to help with this issue. No manager. On the way home the owner called. Confronted me very heatedly, and short. Said I was flagged and not welcome there because I made his employee cry, the employee that made the latino comment. Did not listen to what I had to share, did not care, promised to pay the $5 back, never received it.

Nice location, but the owners attitude is driven into the entire staff.

I had a very disappointing experience at this RV park. The check-in process took nearly an hour. One of the receptionists was speaking to someone on the phone and did not even acknowledge me, while the other receptionist appeared to be busy petting her dog, saying that the other person would help me when she was finished with her phone call. After the exceptionally long wait at the counter, I was informed that one of the tent sites I had reserved for my family reunion was still occupied by other guests, despite the fact that I had called a few days earlier to confirm that all of my requested sites would be available as reserved. (I later learned that the camp host had authorized the other guests to extend their stay, with no consideration of my reservation.) I was then told that the office printer was no longer working and that my receipt would be delivered to the RV site later that evening, but no one ever brought it. At the site, the picnic table was missing, the area was heavily dusted by every passing vehicle due to the loose gravel road, and the vegetation immediately around the site included large thistles, requiring everyone to be very careful where they stepped. Given that my family members had come from six different states for the occasion, I was sorely disappointed that our short time together was so disrupted by the poor management of the park. Indeed, our dinner that evening was delayed by more than two hours. When I explained the situation to the manager the next morning, she offered only excuses but no compensation or refund of any kind. If I could have anticipated these problems, I would have arranged for my family members to enjoy one of the many beautiful, professionally managed state parks in the area instead. I do not recommend the Park City RV Resort.
