The summer home of Copper Baron and millionaire Marcus Daly, his wife Margaret and their four children has evolved from a two-story farmhouse into a 24,000 square foot mansion with 25 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley.
It's a fascinating building with intriguing nooks and crannies, and an interesting visit on many levels for kids, one of which being the frequent paranormal investigations held here and what that may mean!
There are also the memorial arboretum and botanic gardens to explore.
The Daly Mansion is located in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley, just outside the town of Hamilton, Montana. (Approximately 45 miles south of Missoula, Montana on Highway 269, at mile marker 2)
