My sister was visiting us and we were thinking of fun things to do so we decided to check out the laser tag at LOL. My husband and I are in our 20’s and my sister is a teen. I have to say that overall we really enjoyed the laser tag. It was a lot of fun. But we did run into a few problems. We had been there for a couple hours and as the day went on more people showed up, we were the oldest and the youngest was probably six years old. No one was excluded. During one round, my sister and I soon realized our guns weren’t working and we exited the game. The lady said she would take a look. We sat out that whole round and when the round was over the lady basically told all of us we had to get out to let some “children have a chance to play”. We paid our money too and we were not excluding the children so why did we have to leave? Plus my sister and I didn’t even get to play the last game. That was the main problem we had, a lot of the guns/vest weren’t working properly and you might get asked to stop playing for awhile. If they don’t want adults playing they shouldn’t open up to all ages.

We arrived about 6:00 p.m. The food on the buffet was dried out and looked like it had been there since noon. It had little flavor and certainly wasn’t worth the almost $20 it cost for 2 of us. I doubt we will go back until the food improves. The game room was pretty good.

I recently made a delivery order with LOL in Lawton, and from the start I should have known it was going to be bad. I was instructed by the delivery people to call a different number because their machines were down and they couldn’t transfer me to another part OF THE SAME STORE. Upon calling said other number, I was then put on hold so the people from the back that I was JUST on the phone with could take the call. I placed my order and had my food delivered in a timely manner. The pizza, however, was disgusting at best, though I will give points for tasty cinnamon sticks – the only thing I managed to eat from my order. When I went to check the account I placed the delivery charge on, I discovered I was double charged for the same order. No big deal right? A quick reversal of the charge should do the trick at any normal pizza place. Apparently LOL is not a normal pizza place…I was instructed by the first person I spoke with to call back in 30 minutes when the manager would be available. I did so, and was then told that I would have to bring up the receipt of the transactions and the bank statements for them. I’m in a wheelchair. Transportation isn’t exactly easy for me – hence why I ordered a pizza through DELIVERY.I told the place I would call back within their operation hours and then gave things up to my husband to handle. He called on my behalf with a more stern tone, and he requested that they send a driver out to come get the documents they needed. At 8:30 at night (they close at 10), my husband was told that they had no drivers working for the remainder of the night. Thus after all was said and done, I was left with money unjustly taken out of my account and no means of replacing it for the remainder of the weekend. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to LOL any more, nor do we encourage anyone else to.

I guess that we should have known something was not right as we walked up to the counter to pay the person says “It is pretty busy tonight so they are keeping the buffet pretty fresh” – what they don’t keep in fresh normally; and what does “pretty fresh” mean? We found out after we walked to the buffet. The Macaroni and Cheese had about a cup left; the spaghetti was dried out while the nacho cheese looked like it had been sitting out for the whole day; there were only two pizzas and one dessert pizza; the buffet line had food all over it and it was never wiped down the whole time we sat there; I had to ask the server person if they had any forks before they would bring any out; and we sat there for over ten minutes before someone came out to see there was no food. After playing some of their “games” I tried to restock my son’s game card and the employees were busy bowling and told me to wait as “the winner gets to go home early” and he could help as long as he is able to get back before the time ran out on the game.Save your money, drive to OKC and visit Chucky Cheese.
