What is there to do?

Come on, the wild is calling…A new palatial elephant habitat that spans 9.5 acres and features state-of-the-art creature features. Explore the wonders of nature through play at the new Children’s Zoo; Oklahoma Trails, a totally native, totally wild experience with over 800 native animals; the Sea Lion Show; Safari Tram and Centennial Choo-Choo and more!

Affordable fun with more than 2,200 exotic animals, Safari Gifts, Canopy Restaurant, and Picnic areas. The Oklahoma City Zoo is a fully accredited member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums and the American Association of Museums as both a living museum and a botanical garden.

When can we go?

9am to 5pm daily. The Zoo is closed only on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

Parking is free. Strollers, wagons, electronic convenience vehicles, locker and wheelchair rental. Same day re-entry. Disability access.

The Canopy Restaurant presents a unique and delectable indoor dining experience in a rainforest atmosphere. A climate-controlled restaurant, you can eat on the patio or dine indoors. Menu items include: hamburgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, sandwiches, salads, soups, kids meals, barbeque, pizza, Mexican dishes, a variety of beverages and snacks and more. Daily specials are also available. The Canopy Restaurant is also available for catering and rental. Also assorted concessions.
