About this activity

Malvern Hills GeoCentre is the official visitor information centre for Geopark Way. they're based on the western slpes of the Hills and they provide information about the surrounding area including the Malver Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Inside the centre, you'll find wall maps that shoe the geology of the surrounding area. The iPads will allow you to find out more information and the large video wall shoes panoramas and videos of the area. There's some some small displays of fossibles and rocks that have been found and some children's activities too!

The centre is located to lots of interesting walks and trails and they'll help you plan your walk too. The Geopark Way walk is a 109 mile walk from Bridgnorth to Glouvester, but don't worry you don't have to do the whole route in one go! There's also the Wyche Way trail which is 80 miles in totals between Kington and Boradway. It climbs the Malvern Hills and the centre is located just 150m from the Wyche cutting, making the centre a great stop off point!

There's also lots of short walks and trails too which allow you to explore the hills and local villages. The guides are available for free with a small deposite from the cafe on site. One is a loop of around 1.5 hours and the other is around 1.25 hours, so perfect if you want a shorter walk!

There is an all-terrain mobility schooter available for hire from the Cafe too.
