Evesham Vale Light Railway has lots on offer for all train enthusiasts! Take a ride on the train through stunning views across the Vale of Evesham and end your trip with a visit to the shops and cafes nearby for the perfect family day out.
The steam train rides operate every weekend of the year and daily during the school holidays. You'll travel around the country park and be able to stop and have a picnic at the Evesham Vale Station. Next to the station you'll find a medieval-themed play fort that the kids can run around and pretend to battle! From the station you'll be able to enjoy lots of walks along the River Avon.
The Vale of Evesham has lots of history to explore! From ruins of one of the largest medieval abbeys, to the site of Simon de Monfort's defeat at the Battle of Evesham, it's the perfect addition to your trip. If you're not sure what to explore then head to the Evesham's tourist centre for some more information on what to do in the area.
Throughout the year they hold lots of seasonal events, even an Easter egg hunt! You'll be able to have a steam ride around the park and see how many eggs you can spot on the way! Once you give your answer to the Guard on the train, you can trade it for a small chocolate egg!

Upon arrival at The Valley, drive straight ahead past the main car park entrance on your right, into the North car park, the Railway is located at the top right of the Car Park.
