Hesketh Farm Park is just outside the village of Bolton Abbey and is in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales! The park instea is on 10 acres of greenery ovelooking the hills and has over 1,000 livestock, including cattle, sheep and pigs!
There's so much to do at the farm including feeding and stroking the animals and have fun inside, you can even play hide and seek in the straw maze!
There's a vast collection of animals including sheep, lambs during the Spring, pigs, piglets, goats, hens, chicks, guineas pigs and even giant tortoises! The main barn is where you can get hands-on.
Sit and cuddle the guinea pigs, look out for eggs being hatched and learn how to handle the chicks and brush the pigs. If you're an animal lover or want to learn more about animal care, the farm is a must visit.
There's always jobs to be done around the farm that you can help with!
Feed the lambs, collect the eggs, brush the donkeys and much more! The bell will ring when it's time for the activity to start.
Tractor and trailer rides take place throughout the day and you'll ride around the farm. There's also lots more fun including racing on the pedal go-karts, climb in the spiders net or test your balance on the agility course.
There's a cafe onsite and lots of picnic areas to enjoy outside!

The majority of the Farm Park is accessible for all, with wide, flat areas undercover in thetwo barns and many accessible areas outside. Toilets, including disabled facilities, are provided.
