Where are we going today?

The Zoo features exotic and indigenous animals representing a large variety of species found throughout the world and in North America. The Zoo is dedicated to wildlife education and offers a variety of educational programs and special events for children and adults. Zoo On The Go, Guided Tours, and Discovery Programs can be adapted to all age groups and interests. Different events almost every weekend allow guests to explore all aspects of science, while having a good time. Animal Tales in July and August introduces the mystery and excitement of nature through literature. Zoo Camp, during both winter and summers school vacations all children ages 6-11 to explore nature, discover wildlife and meet exotic creatures.

This is a full fledge Zoo. I went in a little skeptical I thought it was going to be a little Zoo with not that many animals. Parking was $11 but admitance to the zoo was free. That was a plus. Kudos to the build a bear workshop :)
