Rock climbing is a great sport for the whole family, and the staff at Central Rock Climbing Gym are on hand to really give you the best time possible. They have state of the art facilities, including some pretty cool climbing walls!

The routes on the wall are color coded, so you know that you will be starting on ones suitable for your level. It's also so rewarding for kids when they can see themselves improving, and slowly working their way up to the harder levels.

If you are just starting out, or want to improve what you already know, it's worth checking out the classes and lessons that you can take at the gym. There are beginners classes, as well as women's technique classes, lead climbing introductions, advanced classes, and even yoga and fitness classes!

If you are really taking to climbing, the gym has competitions across the year, so you can really see what you are made of. We think you'll do pretty well!

Parents, don't worry. When your kids start to climb, they will receive a safety briefing and technique instruction, so you know they will be safe. They will also be attached to the wall with ropes, so no matter how high they get to, they won't have to worry.
