About this activity

There is something really lovely about taking the family to enjoy some farm fun! There is always something going on, kids can learn where food comes from, and you can participate in fun events to make the day even better!

Horse Listeners Orchard can give you that experience!

This beautiful Connecticut farm is a fun way to spend the day outdoors, having animal encounters and getting out into the gardens and picking your own fruits and vegetables.

They have a huge variety of fruits available that you can pick yourself - straight from the source! In fact, there are over 20 varieties of apples alone!

Don't forget about the farm store where you can stock up on all of those seasonal fruits and vegetables too - and maybe a few extra treats along the way!

After you have worked up a sweat, you can enjoy some apple cider, before heading to enjoy a spot of fishing - always a fun pasttime that means you can just relax on the water and spend time with each other!

Horse Listeners Orchard also offer guided walking tours by appointment, as well as horse lessons for those equine loving kids!

Don't forget to check out the events the orchard hold throughout the season!
