Rugged Kids teaches children confidence, team work, self-control and self-discipline using a combination of physical mediums and disciplines such as martial arts and non competitive sports.
It's not a walk in activity, rather a physical club commitment with price packages covering significant periods. Younger children (under 7) need to be assessed before joining.
Nutritional advice and support comes free with the course, to help kids manage their new level of fitness with a correct diet.
