Where are we going today?

Quassy Amusement Park in Connecticut has been giving families amazing memories since all the way back in 1908, so why not join them and make your own!

Located right on the south shore of Lake Quassapaug, there are over 20 acres of family entertainment to enjoy, with over 30 rides and attractions, and your very own Splash Away Bay Water Park!

Who's excited about the thrill rides of the park? There are wooden coasters to make you scream, thrills rides to make you spin like a top, Pirate ships to swing you like a pendulum, bumper cars to challenge each other, and Frantic - that gives you 360 degrees with pure adrenaline!

If you prefer the more calmer and gentler family rides (with a little bit of bite still!) then why not look at the Giant Slide, or fly around in your very own helicopter?

Quassy Amusement Park also has those classic carousels that operates in a historic 1927 roundhouse, and some fun crazy cups where you can spin and spin all day long! Space rockers, frog hoppers, buggies and cars, the kids will have so much to choose from to keep them entertained!

Did you know that Quassy Amusement Park is more than just rides too? There are FUN attractions that the kids will love to play in between rides and thrills. Laser Maze is a great way to try and race against the clock and keep those beams of light in tact!

A zoo at an amusement park? At Quassy there is! There is a fun play area for those younger kids with fiberglass animals that creates a fun and interactive experience for those little ones! With Midway Games and Paddle Boats too, we told you there was plenty to do!

We haven't even't begun to tell you about the Splash Away Bay Water Park yet! Bodyslides, tipping buckets, tunnels and beaches...it's THE way to make a splash in Connecticut!

We first found Quassyour as a great way to spend our day traveling to Cape Cod from new York when our daughter was too young to tolerate the long drive in just one day. We'very been going back ever since. They have great discounts from costco, funless theme nights and plenty of things to do. We love them all, from the lake to the Waterpark to the amusement park and boat rides, we never have a bad time.

This little amusement/water park was awesome! The bathrooms were clean (always a mark of quality in my eyes), the staff friendly and the price was right. It began to rain halfway through the day but we had our bathing suits on anyway and just continued having a great time. Also, because of the rain (I guess) my granddaughters had the little water park to themselves! They thought it was incredible and had a wonderful time running through the sprayers and water jets (one is 5 and the other 15 months). It was just right for them at that age! The...Read More

I went to Quassy Amusement Park with my daughter and my niece who were begging me to takes them the last 2 months. I have to say all my worries regarding the swings being dangerous are now history. The staff is wonderful – polite and careful with the kids, making sure they are safely tied. I was impressed. Very good amusement park 

Small and manageable and fun for the 3 and 7 y.o. We went on a Monday so I'd imagine it was less busy than on a Sat or Sun. Lakeside is nice to for a freshwater swim. Food was ok...bbq chicken portions in the restaurant and taste were pretty good. Ride operators were friendly. Good move on our part getting there 15min before opening. Would have given 4 stars except for a negative experience on the body slide...waiting approx 1hr not due to long line (it was relatively short) but rather due to mismanagement of an under-height child. Ride operator...Read More

Went there on July 5, beautiful weather, got there at opening and hopped on all the rides without much wait......water park was crowded but kids enjoyed it, their Dog House and Quassy Restaurants were very good, prices were decent, hamburgers were nicely sized - a cheeseburger was less than $5 at Dog House.....BBQ Ribs at $8.75 at Quassy Rest was a nice portion and tasty, however, they didn't take the time to reheat it properly before serving so my ribs were burnt on the outside while still cold in the inside....
other than that, my kids 10 and...Read More

The lines were short unlike a bigger park like Six Flags etc. We will definitely go again!

Would have given 4 stars except for a negative experience on the body slide...waiting approx 1hr not due to long line (it was relatively short) but rather due to mismanagement of an under-height child. Ride operator at top walked the child down unsuccesfully to find parents and then walked child up while preventing any other riders in line from moving using the slide. Not sure if poor training of the operator or lack of management follow up to come to his assistance (he claims to have called his manager but they failed to come). Either way, that was unacceptable and the lines needed to keep moving along while the under-height rider was managed.

But all together was a good experience.
