Tyldesley Pool otherwise known as the Pelican Centre helps people to feel good mentally, physically and socially through fitness and support! The centre has a pool, gym, classes and community spaces to enjoy. 

Whether it's swimming lessons to family swims or pool parties, the pool is very popular and open seven days a week. The centre offers a full swimming lessons programme for all ages delivered by their professional swimming coaches. 

They have a learn to swim programme and lifeguarad training so if you have never learned to swim before, now is your chance! They have family swims all week with a spectactor area which can seat 40 people. There's also a 1m diving board if you're feeling brave! 

The pool is also available for private pool parties for children and schools. They can include an inflatable obstacle course, water polo parties and more. Just choose a package to suit your budget and make your evet go with a splash!
