About this activity
Who is ready for some fun in the sun because it's time to cool down at Fylde Council's new Splash Park Zone set in the seaside spot of Promenade Gardens in St Anne's!
Splash Park Zone can be found within this stunning Grade II listed park which is also famous for its distinctive rockeries, as well as super cool water features and floral displays.
The splash park itself is set in a former open air paddling pool, and you are even surrounded by an amphitheatre for anyone who wants to come and watch!
What's also great about Splash Park on is that its been designed to blend with the locations heritage structures (so kids might even want to enjoy a history lesson of the area too!)
At the Splash Park Zone itself kids can enjoy a range of water based fun including the always fun spray loops, as well as water sprays, water domes and bucket drops. For those younger kiddies in the family they can enjoy their own small section perfect for paddling.
There are also sensor operated water jets for all ages!

Directions
With the Splash Park being located within the St Annes coastal tourism area, free on-street parking is limited. Pay and display car parks are located close by at Fairhaven Road Car Park (FY8 1NW) and North Promenade Car Park (FY8 2NQ).
You can also arrive via train. St Annes-on-the-Sea train station is just over 10 minutes walk from the Splash Park. This station is located on the South Fylde Line with hourly trains from Blackpool South to Preston.

Splash Park Zone FAQ’s
They hold weekly sessions for toddlers at 10.00am, Mondays – for the under 5’s only.
You can find a small refreshments stall at the Splash entrance throughout the season. There are also numerous local shops, cafes and refreshment kiosks located on St Annes Promenade selling food and drinks!
Make sure you don't arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your session, and take change as there is a 40p charge for the toilets. There is also no shade so bring appropriate sun protection items.
They hold weekly sessions for toddlers at 10.00am, Mondays – for the under 5’s only.
On Tuesdays at 10am they offer a "Children with disabilities and SEN" session.
Daily session times are: 10.00am – 11.00am 11.15am – 12.15pm 12.30pm – 1.30pm 1.45pm – 2.45pm 3.00pm – 4.00pm
