Matchmoor Riding Centre offers a variety of horse riding and care services and has been operating for over 35 years! You'll learn how to manage stables, take part in lessons and pony care too. So if you've ever wanted to learn more about these fabulous creatures, now is your chance! 

The full trained and friendly instructors welcome all ages and abilities, including children, adults and the whole family. From complete beginners to more experienced riders and everything in between. 

When you visit, make sure to wear suitable footwear such as wellies or boots, no trainers! They do have riding boots of all sizes to broow if you need to, as well as hats which will be safely fitted by a member of staff. Wear leggings or tracksuits too to make sure you ride more comfortable! All riders must be over the ages of four and a maximum weight limit of 15 stone and you'll be given a rider registration form on arrival. 

There's many different services to choose from. 

The half hour hack is appropriate for a beginner of any age and is the perfect introduction to horse riding.  You can even go for a one day ride which is 4.5 hours in total with lunch and is suitable for more experienced riders. 

Did you know they also do birthday parties too?!

They include a half hour pony ride around the lanes, followed by party games on the ponies. They have a classroom available afterwards too.
