The Waterways in Great Yarmouth has been a popular visitor attraction for generations and comprises of the Ventian Waterways, Ornamental Gardens and Boating Lake, just north of Great Yarmouth's Golden Mile.
On the Venetian Waterway side of the park you'll find winding canals, bridges and walkways allowing for a gentle stroll. It's also a great opportunity to take in the views of the gardens and ornamental features. Why not bring a picnic with you!
The park is also a haven to wildlife with ducks and heron on display. There are also information boards and a trail around the park so you'll be able to find out more about the wildlife and area here too.
The Boating Lake is on the north side of the park and has boats and pedalos available for hire. It's great on a hot summer's day for the family to take to the water and go exploring! There's also an onsite cafe that overlooks the lake too.
The park runs alongside the North Beach which forms part of international importance and is a popular visitor attraction, especially during the summer holidays!
