Sea Life Centre Great Yarmouth

Sea Life Centre Great Yarmouth is a great day out for the whole family as you'll explore an amazing underwater world! Discover creatures that live in rockpools, go through the tunnel and meet the humboldt penguins too! 

There are lots of interactive themed zones at the centre which showcase some of the world's most incredible animals. The rock pool explorer zone features bright anemones, camoflaging octupus and lots of creatures hiding alongside the rocks. Can you spot them? You'll learn all about the creatures living in the rockpools and you may even get to stroke a starfish too! 

You can also step inside the research submarine and come face to face with rays! There's also multi-sensory touchpoints to learn more about the animals living on the UK coast line and how you can get involved with conservation. 

If you love penguins then you'd love the playful humboldt penguins as you'll watch them swim and socialise together. As well as this, you can learn about the world of jellyfish, tropical oceans, and walk through the huge tunnel where you'll see their largest inhabitants as they roam around. There's a crocodile enclosure and coral reef to explore, so whatever marine life you want to know more about, you'll probably find it at the sea life centre!

You'll have the opportunity to sleep inside the ocean tunnel with the sharks and participate in lots of activities without the daytime crows. You'll get a full guided tour and crafting activities to do in the evening. It's a once in a life time experience, especially as the lights turn off!
