The Spa at Beckenham is an activity centre with plenty of ways to keey fit and stay active! They have a two floor gym, two pools and cycling opportunitis! 

The swimming pools are open for lane swimming and family swimming and anyone can benfit from swimming, no matter your age or ability! It's a great way to stay active and it's fun too! 

The centre helps everyone to stay safe and have fun in the water, and they have accredited swimming lessons for children. Whether you're a beginner or simply want to improve your techniques, there are programmes for all abilities. For every stage you complete, you'll receive a certificate and badge that will acknowledge your achievements. 

As well as the eight-lane 25 metre competition pool, there's a 20m x 10m teaching pool too with a moveable floor that can be raised or lowered for disabled access. 

They even have an infltable Urban Dub Decks which open up during Saturdays and during the school holidays too, so see what's happening!
