IWM London is a short walk from Lambeth North (7 minutes), Elephant & Castle (10 minutes) Underground stations or Waterloo National Rail stations (14 minutes), and is served by the 344 and 360 bus routes, as well as the 3, 59 and 159. The C6 Cycleway runs past the museum from Elephant & Castle. At present there is limited parking around the museum.
There is no general parking onsite but there are several designated parking bays for blue badge holders only

IWM is a charity, so every purchase in the gift shop supports the work they do!
The café within the museum is where you can pick up a delicious range of handmade British food prepared daily including stone-baked pizzas, healthy salads, snacks, sandwiches and classic puddings!
Whilst the museum offers free admission, advanced booking advised for timed entry. You can also walk up anytime on the day, but at busy times you may need to wait.

All school visits must be pre-booked and school group access to the Holocaust Galleries is only permitted as part of the museum's Holocaust Learning Session.
The cafe aims to accommodate dietary requirements so speak to staff if you have any specific needs! They also have a great range of healthy salads.
They offer step-free access to the museum via the West Entrance. They are committed to ensuring IWM London is accessible to all visitors
They can't store large items including luggage, but they do have storage lockers for smaller items.
