The Golden Hinde is a full sized reconstruction of the famous Elizabethan galleon, the first English ship to circumnavigate the Globe! Climb aboard and uncover the history.
The ship is now docked right by London Bridge and Borough Market and open for visitors, school groups and even children's birthday parties! Climb aboard and learn more about the ship's place in British history.
The ship is a must for all history enthusiasts and is open during daylight hours. It's busiest on weekends and in Summer so just be aware when planning your visit here!
You're welcome to explore the ship by yourself all year round, or one of the crew can take you on a guided journey through the ship and they'll be able to pass on the screts of history to you too! Don't forget to ask them any questions you may have too.
They have lots of events all year round! From history sessions to escape rooms and music, make sure to check the website before you visit so you know what's on.
The nearest train station is London Bridge, which is served by the Northern and Jubilee Underground Lines, as well as National Rail services.

The ship is not currently accessible for wheelchair users or visitors with mobility impairments. Please note there are steep stairs on the ship and low ceilings.
