Preston Park the largest urban park in Brighton. Take part in sports or sit and enjoy a picnic on a nice warm day, there's lots to do and enjoy with the whole family.
The park has one a Green Flag Award and is used for concerts, circuses, fairs and lots of other events. Make sure to check the website to see what events are happening before you visit!
The park is also home to the Preston Twins which are considered the largest and oldest elm trees in the world, so see if you can find them at the park and take a picture! The park is always open and there's a couple of cafes too where you can enjoy a bite to eat.
The park has a children's playground where the little ones can burn off some energy, as well as some excellent sports facilities. There are football pitches, basketball courts, tennis courts, softball pitch and much more, so get involved!
There are lots of walks around the park too of varying routes and abilities, as well as a rockery which is the most bio-diverse garden in the city and features streams and waterways.
There are parking areas at the north and south of the park, accessible from Preston Drove or the junction between Preston Road and Preston Park Avenue.
