Sky High Trampoline Park has over 11,000 square feet of trampolines, so there is plentu of space to bounce and have fun! Bounce, twist, slip and fly at the park, no matter your ability!

For children aged five and over, there are open bounce sessions with attractions such as aeroball, airbag, basketball and walk the wall! Make sure to arrive 20 minutes before you session so you can fit in the safety briefing.

For the little ones, there are dedicated toddler bounce sessions where they can start their adventure. There are over 50 trampolines and soft balls to play with and they'll have lots of fun!

For a quieter environment, they have send bounce sessions with reduced numbers. Just check the website to see what time slots are available.

Host the most adrenaline-filled, memorable party of the year and let your guests literally bounce off the walls. Parties are for a minimum of 8 children, and a maximum of 16 children in one party room. You'll get squash, sweets, food and much more depending on your budget! It will be a party they won't forget.

From the South Coast Road A259 (coming from Brighton or Newhaven), exit at the roundabout opposite The Dell Public Park onto Sutton Avenue. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Greenwich Way. Take the third exit on the left, Newton Road and you will see Sky High Trampoline Park on your right.
