Chatsworth Farmyard and Playground

Chatsworth Farmyard and Playground is a working farmyard with plenty of friendly animals, complete with a playground, rope park and lots of water and sand play for a great family day out for all ages. 

In the farmyard, you'll meet lots of friendly animals including pigs, horses, goats and guinea pigs. There's also some rare breeds too including the Suffilk Punch horses, Albion Cattle and Bagot goats. 

From the farm, you can take the secret tunnels to the children's playground for an exciting adventure! The kids can burn off some energy on the swings, zip wire and climbing walls and play in the huge sand play area and build some sandcastles! You can alway fetch water from the stream too! 

There's plenty of faily activities too, from animal handling in the poultry house where you'll get up close to some furry friends and watch the milking demonstrations where you'll learn about where milk comes from! 

There's also seasonal craft workshops, animal feeding and take part in some birdwatching in the bird hides and see what you can find!
